NOR is open as a daily cafe from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 16:00.
The cafe is a meeting point, a window to get physically in touch with people full of curiosity, imaginations and initiatives, looking for a space to connect and to explore.

NOR is a Food Culture Stichting that operates as a curator and generator of
unique events and exhibitions centered around Food & Design.
Daily, it’s a cafe, run as a window for customers.
At NOR, we believe that food is more than just sustenance — it's a re!ection of cultural identity, history, and values.
Our primary focus is to use dishes as a medium to tell cultural stories, designing immersive dining experiences that bring to life the rich context behind the food.
By merging culinary arts with cultural exploration, NOR creates spaces where food becomes a platform for dialogue, creativity, and community engagement.
